The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 10 years of related experience, with proven expertise in selling into the UK Public Sector and experience with enterprise-level support for government organizations. They must be able to navigate Public Sector procurement frameworks and commercial vehicles, and have a strong understanding of UCAAS/CCAAS solutions. Experience selling workplace productivity solutions, video, or web collaboration is also required, along with the ability to accurately forecast, manage pipeline development, and possess account mapping/landscaping skills. Experience with Salesforce and providing client satisfaction are essential, alongside a reliable track record of team collaboration.
As an Account Executive, the candidate will be responsible for qualifying opportunities, performing needs assessments, assisting channel partners, creating client presentations and proposals, coordinating quarterly business reviews, and utilizing solution-selling techniques to guide sales processes to close. They will also develop and maintain business within existing accounts, manage complex sales situations and campaigns, upselling and leveraging business from new and established customer relationships, and providing timely sales activity tracking and status updates using CRM. Strategic collaboration with management to deliver accurate forecasts, identify opportunities, and provide recommended solutions is expected, alongside providing client satisfaction and contributing to the team’s success.
