Account Executive

Position Overview

EvenUp is on a mission to close the justice gap using technology and AI, empowering personal injury lawyers and victims to get the justice they deserve. Our products enable law firms to secure faster settlements, higher payouts, and better outcomes for victims injured through no fault of their own. We are looking for a driven and collaborative Account Executive in Nashville to execute and refine our sales playbook from lead generation to closing. This role is for someone not afraid to get their hands dirty and own their pipeline and outcomes. EvenUp is committed to investing in the development and enablement of our sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales-cycle from lead to close, including outbound prospecting.
  • Conduct 30 cold calls a day with the goal of generating 3 self-sourced meetings a week.
  • Spend 1-3 days per week meeting prospects in person, building relationships and demonstrating our product’s value.
  • Travel to events and conferences to meet key law firm decision-makers and close deals.
  • Consistently communicate with other cross-functional members of our team.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience leading an end-to-end sales process, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Solid organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented.
  • Team player with a competitive spirit.
  • Commitment to data hygiene and leveraging available tools and resources.
