The compensation range is $65k base + $40k variable = $105k OTE, determined by role, location, skills, experience, and education.
The role is hybrid (3 days in office per week) in Allen, TX; Colorado Springs, CO; Redmond, WA or fully remote in approved states: AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, VA. All other states are not approved for remote work.
Key skills include driving consultative sales, developing and executing sales strategies, presenting products to prospects, owning a sales territory, and guiding prospects through the buyer's journey.
