Mid-Market Account Manager

Candidates must be geographically based in India and possess at least 3 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year specifically selling into the Mid-Market segment. A proven track record of developing greenfield territories, executing the full sales cycle, and acquiring net new logos is required, along with experience working in cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction. A desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment and take on increasing responsibility is also necessary.
The Account Executive will grow and own a targeted account list, developing a territory plan for acquiring business with prospective companies. They will manage the customer buying journey from start to finish, providing guidance and subject matter expertise, and will be responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly and yearly revenue targets. This role involves continuously developing a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach, collaboration with sales development representatives, and managing inbound prospects, while keeping the CRM system updated with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data.
