Candidates should possess at least 4 years of experience in sales or account management, with a proven track record of owning a full sales cycle from identifying expansion opportunities to closing contracts. Strong customer-facing and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to explain complex matters in simpler terms and a comfort with numbers.
The Account Executive, Expansion (Mid-Market) will identify and generate revenue through upsell and cross-sell to existing customers, proactively manage a book of accounts, consult clients on internal processes to drive change and expand use of Deel’s product offerings, lead business reviews, execute on plans to deliver maximum revenue potential, increase renewal rates, and meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue quota.
