Candidates must possess complete fluency in English and bilingual capabilities in Spanish and English. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or Communications is preferred, along with 3 to 5 years of sales or business development experience in luxury real estate or property management. Prior success in B2B sales, business development, and a background in luxury real estate or property management are highly preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Spanish and English are essential. An existing network within Mexican property management or the luxury real estate industry is a plus. Candidates should be self-directed, motivated, detail-oriented, possess strong time management and organizational skills, and be willing to travel up to 50% of the time across Mexico.
The Account Executive will identify and secure partnerships with high-end property management companies across Mexico through targeted outbound outreach. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, converting them into strategic partnership opportunities, and conducting proactive outreach to key decision-makers via calls, emails, and in-person meetings. The role involves extensive travel across Mexico to meet prospects, conduct property tours, and build relationships. Responsibilities also include nurturing prospects, understanding their needs, articulating Wander's partnership model, and maintaining knowledge of Wander's standards, technology, and processes. The Account Executive will document all activities in the CRM, collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and relationship management, and provide market insights to inform product development and market strategy.
