Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales or account management role within the SaaS industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing accounts in the property / multifamily vertical or a closely related industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to understand complex client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Drive SOCi’s revenue growth by securing new multi-family/property management client accounts and maximizing opportunities within existing multi-family/property management accounts
  • Leverage industry experience and relationships to retain and grow revenue within your Book of Business consisting of various different sized Property Management companies
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and pipeline creation goals (3X minimum)
  • Maintain the appropriate level of outbound activity, as defined by your leader, to ensure success and growth
  • Work closely with clients and prospects to understand their KPIs and ensure they are extracting maximum value from the SOCi platform
  • Collaborate with SDR, CS and other support teams to deliver superior service and resolve any issues
  • Using Clari and Salesforce, track and report on account performance, renewal forecasts, and sales pipeline
  • Provide weekly updates and forecasting, both in Clari and during weekly 1:1, to senior leadership on client and prospect accounts
  • Continuously stay abreast of new company technologies and services to maintain a competitive advantage
  • Be willing to adapt to changes in the job description as deemed necessary by the business and accept all other duties as assigned
