Proficiency with Salesforce.com CRM, Microsoft Office (Excel), and other CRM tools is necessary, along with familiarity with enterprise IT procurement processes. Demonstrated ability for personal development, increasing responsibility, and thriving in a demanding, evolving environment is also required, as is the ability to clearly articulate company value.
The Account Executive will implement sales strategies to exceed revenue targets and improve customer satisfaction while ensuring sales projection accuracy. They will collaborate closely with MSP partners to generate revenue and promote innovative solutions, developing and leading a sales pipeline for strategic transactions. Responsibilities include penetrating accounts, reaching decision-makers, closing business, defining and completing sales plans for their territory, building value through proposals, and driving account strategies with partners.
