Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 4-6 years of relevant work experience
  • Healthcare sales experience
  • Willing to travel up to 50% based on business needs
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

  • Identify, define, and qualify complex sales opportunities by engaging with mid-to large-sized prospects, with an emphasis on strategic sales, back-to-base selling and significant new business opportunities
  • Proactively identify market trends, industry changes, and client needs to continuously refine sales strategies and solutions
  • Track, maintain, and report sales pipeline and account activities in Salesforce, and provide accurate forecasts and performance updates to management
  • Act as a subject matter expert on assigned clients and deals and maintain up-to-date knowledge of deal status and sales strategy to effectively navigate client relationships
  • Collaborate with strategic partners and sales channels as needed to achieve quotas for closed business and participate in sales forecasting with leadership
  • Achieve quarterly goals related to lead generation, pipeline management, and quota attainment set by WellSky
  • Perform other job duties as assigned
