A strong track record of driving revenue, creating new business, and delivering a customer-centered experience is essential. Proficiency in using and maintaining accurate records and forecasts within a CRM system is required, along with strong presentation and active listening skills. The role also demands the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, handle changing priorities, think critically, and exhibit drive, initiative, energy, and a sense of urgency in client acquisition and service. A growth mindset is also a key requirement.
The Account Executive II, Mid-Market is responsible for meeting or exceeding sales goals and quarterly revenue targets by qualifying and closing net-new opportunities at mid-sized companies, while collaborating effectively with the team. This involves creatively sourcing new prospects, positioning Huntress offerings to meet client needs, and acting as a trusted advisor. The role requires staying current on competitor offerings, identifying their strengths and vulnerabilities, and translating client feedback into actionable strategies. The Account Executive will also influence client decisions, advocate for client needs to negotiate win-win solutions, and work closely with various internal teams such as Sales Engineering, Operations, Product Management, and Account Management. Maintaining accurate records, including daily activity, forecast, and opportunity information in the CRM, is also a key responsibility.
