Requirements

  • Experienced in sales and training
  • Ability to build brand awareness, drive sales, and deliver best-in-class customer service
  • Work closely with Manager of Field Sales and Training – West, Director of Field Sales and Training, Global Education Director, and retail partners
  • Based in or able to cover Houston territory
  • Capable of establishing and maintaining a focus door list based on sales goals and performance monthly
  • Ability to plan quarterly call cycles considering sales volume and geographic factors, maintaining a living document quarterly
  • Skills in developing seasonal plans with retailer partners, including support, events, training schedules, and participation in meetings
  • Proficiency in building strong relationships with store leadership and employees
  • Experience conducting quarterly comprehensive business reviews with elevated leadership, including RM
  • Knowledge of evaluating inventory levels and communicating needs during store visits
  • Ability to evaluate sales results, revise strategies, support visual merchandising per guidelines and POG
  • Commitment to providing weekly recaps by Monday 9am from store visits, events, and training
  • Responsible for strategic T&E budget decisions and compliance
  • Experience managing and developing Beauty Advisors into brand experts
  • Achieve minimum 3 brand surveys/quarter with average score of 4.6 or higher
  • Conduct ongoing training on products via off-the-floor sessions and on-floor Brand Focus Day training
  • Arrange Education & Training calls with Freelance
  • Complete schedules 60 days in advance using Outlook and retail booking site
  • Work minimum 6 hours in-store daily, with 2 designated office days per month (every other Wednesday)
  • Manage freelance scheduling and performance, tracking and inputting weekly, monthly, quarterly; provide schedules 30 days in advance
  • Schedule, plan, and execute monthly in-store events

Responsibilities
