Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in solution-based B2B sales, with a proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets across multiple product offerings
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and tailor solutions to client needs
  • A proactive approach to lead generation, including the ability to independently source and develop new business opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline from prospecting through to deal closure
  • Experience working collaboratively with marketing teams to support demand generation and campaign activity
  • A track record of successful cross-functional collaboration, particularly with sales support, implementation, and client servicing teams, to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, to manage sales activities and pipeline reporting
  • Highly desirable: Experience in software/SaaS sales and exposure to tender processes or major bid submissions

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities within the leisure and recreation sector
  • Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and discovery calls through to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs, maintaining a healthy and well-qualified pipeline
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales support, implementation, and client services teams to ensure successful client onboarding and long-term satisfaction
  • Actively contribute to lead sourcing efforts and support marketing campaigns that generate new opportunities
  • Represent the Legend platform and Xplor brand with professionalism and a strong understanding of the product’s value proposition
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system
