As an Account Executive Expansion, SMB | DACH, you will be responsible for communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value, managing the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with internal departments to fulfill client needs, proactively engaging cross-functionally to bring new product development and client engagement strategies, meeting or exceeding revenue targets, maintaining accurate sales data, resolving client complaints, and acting as a client advocate to improve the buyer experience.
