Requirements

  • Significant previous experience selling to large enterprises (L-level, C1-E level range)
  • Ability to find leads, supported by BDRs
  • Skill in understanding the needs of Enterprise prospects
  • Capability to present the product effectively
  • Experience driving sales and managing key customer relationships until contract signing
  • Understanding, embrace, and application of the Alan Smart & Soft selling method (Smart: relevant messaging and materials; Soft: high-touch strategy tailored to each prospect)
  • Ability to look at the big picture and contribute to company growth beyond the role
  • Team player mindset: challenge and improve product, methods, strategy, and get involved in relevant projects/initiatives
