Candidates should have 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive selling B2B SaaS solutions to Enterprise accounts in the UK & Ireland, with Middle East experience being a bonus. Demonstrated experience in prospecting and building pipeline in a competitive market is essential, along with a proven track record of exceeding quota in territories managing $1m+ ARR. Strong sales acumen, executive presence, effective time management, and organizational skills are required, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate cross-functionally. Approximately 30% travel for client visits is expected.
The Account Executive will own the entire sales motion for Enterprise accounts, managing and closing renewal and expansion opportunities within the existing customer base. They will build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, develop a territory plan to achieve sales targets, and navigate complex sales cycles by engaging multiple business units. Responsibilities also include accurately forecasting quarterly results, collaborating with Customer Solutions Consultants to deliver product demos, and effectively communicating Ada's value proposition to all levels, including C-Suite executives. The role involves refining the GTM function and providing recommendations for improvements.
