Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS in an Account Executive or Presales Role
  • Experience in performing complex software/platform demos in your sales process
  • Native German and Fluent English proficiency
  • An ability to establish strong, trusting relationships with key decision-makers at all levels
  • Excellent active listening skills and a "Team Player" attitude
  • Basic elements of HR culture would be a plus
  • Enthusiasm for our working environment (Convexity Culture)

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue in German speaking markets, with a focus on the mid-market segment
  • Commit to learning and perfectly executing proven sales methodologies to hit quota
  • Actively contribute to the German growth strategy and sales effort
  • Lead opportunities from demo to closing
  • Take an active part in responses to requests for proposals
  • Grow network with HR & training decision-makers
  • Develop the best sales strategies to close deals
  • Within 1 month: Get familiar with the team, 360Learning product and features, Convexity culture, customer meetings, processes and tools (Gong, Confluence, Salesforce), finalize onboarding
  • Within 3 months: Perform first product demonstration to clients, ensure accurate reporting of activity to optimize forecast and build sales strategies, become knowledgeable in Learning & Development market trends, emerging technologies, and competitors, build pipeline, close first deal
  • Within 6 months: Build solid network of HR Directors, VP HR, Training Managers in Germany, process continuous flow of inbound projects, develop best business opportunities within new accounts, meet and exceed quarterly targets
  • Within 12 months: Contribute as subject-matter expert on 360Learning platform and share knowledge with the organization, improve sales playbook, participate in internal projects, be ready to tackle more complex, multi-thread deals
