Requirements

2+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS in an Account Executive or Presales Role
Experience in performing complex software/platform demos in your sales process
Native German and Fluent English proficiency
An ability to establish strong, trusting relationships with key decision-makers at all levels
Excellent active listening skills and a "Team Player" attitude
Basic elements of HR culture would be a plus

Responsibilities

Drive revenue in German speaking markets, with a focus on the mid-market segment
Commit to learning and perfectly executing proven sales methodologies to hit quota
Actively contribute to the German growth strategy and sales effort
Lead opportunities from demo to closing
Take an active part in responses to requests for proposals
Grow network with HR & training decision-makers
Develop the best sales strategies to close deals
Within 1 month: Get familiar with the team, 360Learning product and features, Convexity culture, customer meetings, processes and tools (Gong, Confluence, Salesforce), finalize onboarding
Within 3 months: Perform first product demonstration to clients, ensure accurate reporting of activity to optimize forecast and build sales strategies, become knowledgeable in Learning & Development market trends, emerging technologies, and competitors, build pipeline, close first deal
Within 6 months: Build solid network of HR Directors, VP HR, Training Managers in Germany, process continuous flow of inbound projects, develop best business opportunities within new accounts, meet and exceed quarterly targets
Within 12 months: Contribute as subject-matter expert on 360Learning platform and share knowledge with the organization, improve sales playbook, participate in internal projects, be ready to tackle more complex, multi-thread deals
