Responsibilities

  • Grow the number of SMB owners using Bluevine’s banking platform through high-quality consultative selling and proactive outbound calling, while consistently meeting monthly quotas with customer needs at the forefront
  • Build strong relationships with prospective customers early in their Bluevine journey, developing rapport and sales influence
  • Conduct thorough needs analyses to identify customer challenges, translating Bluevine’s features into clear, tangible benefits that demonstrate compelling ROI
  • Deliver customized product walkthroughs across our full suite—including business checking, bill pay, cards, and lending solutions—facilitating rapid adoption and ensuring customer success
  • Support business owners during their evaluation and trial of Bluevine’s platform, ensuring the best possible outcomes for the customer
  • Capture, address, and learn from customer objections and feedback to continuously refine and strengthen your sales strategies
  • Manage your pipeline with smart time management and prioritization strategies to maximize efficiency and impact
  • Drive ongoing customer interactions focused on feature adoption, platform utilization, and revenue growth
  • Consistently achieve your goals by effectively conveying value to prospects and customers, optimizing your time management, and identifying opportunities to enhance the sales process
