Candidates must be able to identify, assess, and close high-quality projects in the Web3 space, possess evidence of building and maintaining strong relationships while navigating the Web3 startup landscape, and have experience in procuring top protocols in a sales capacity in the blockchain space. The ability to manage a pipeline of deals from execution to completion is also required, along with an entrepreneurial mindset and experience understanding the founders journey.
In this role, the Account Executive will lead deal flow for the Chainlink Build program, sourcing and closing high-value leads and funneling talent into the program to ensure the success of Build projects from identification, acquisition and onboarding through to the program. They will play a key role in identifying successful projects in web3 and advising on high-impact opportunities.
