The ideal candidate should possess 2+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B SaaS and/or blockchain infrastructure sales, demonstrating a proven track record of managing 30-60 day sales cycles and closing mid-market deals. Strong communication and consultative selling skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of Web3, Bridges, and DeFi protocols. Curiosity about blockchain security, smart contract risks, and crypto infrastructure is desired, though expertise is not required.
As an Account Executive, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle for crypto native prospects, including building target lists, conducting outreach and qualification, delivering demos, and closing deals. You’ll engage directly with DeFi protocols, chains, foundations, and security-conscious builders, collaborating closely with Solutions Engineering, Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver a seamless buying experience. This role involves managing the full inside sales cycle, conducting technical discovery conversations, partnering with Solutions Engineers for tailored demos, and working with Product Marketing to address objections and align sales materials.
