Position Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join Remote's Sales Team as an Account Executive, a pure hunting role focused on driving net new business. You will help prospective and active customers fully experience our Global HR Platform, responding to inquiries and guiding them on how to maximize Remote's suite of products to meet their employment needs. What You Bring

  • Fluent level of Dutch and English.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed, capable of working independently and as an active team member.
  • Efficient in multitasking, prioritization, and time management.
  • In-depth understanding of company services and industry position.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas.
  • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision-makers.
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
  • Ability to confidently make cold calls to build pipelines.
  • Ability to build trust with clients and act as an advisor.
  • Capability to forecast sales accurately for monthly targets.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Experience in the HR industry is a plus.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create 'Land' opportunity deals with detailed notes and accurate close dates.
  • Maintain a clean and current pipeline of volume-based, high-velocity opportunities.
  • Efficiently present and deliver information to potential clients.
  • Proactively answer potential client questions and follow-up call questions promptly.
  • Engage in internal collaboration and communication with key departments that support the client process.
