Account Executive – SaaS Sales

Salary: £55,000 base plus Uncapped Commission OTE £115,000 per annum, plus company benefits Location: London or remote (UK) Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Contract: Permanent Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, flexible but around the hours of 9am until 5:30pm with 1 hours unpaid lunch break Work model: Remote with client meetings in London

Position Overview

Williams Lea seeks a SaaS Sales Account Executive to join our team! We are a global leader on a mission to scale a category-defining SaaS business. As part of a $6bn+ global services business with deep penetration across the financial and professional services sectors, we are scaling a new suite of AI-powered productivity software. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team driving growth through new client acquisition and expansion across our existing enterprise customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close.
  • Sell into top-tier financial, consulting, legal, and professional services firms.
  • Run discovery calls, deliver compelling demos, and close strategic deals.
  • Expand software adoption within long-standing service accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with product and go-to-market teams to refine positioning and fuel growth.
  • Shape the sales playbook as we scale – this is a frontline role in a new commercial engine.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of SaaS sales experience with a strong track record of closing.
  • Experience selling into enterprise or upper mid-market clients.
  • Familiarity with, or interest in, the professional services landscape.
  • Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
  • Highly proactive, driven by outcomes, and excited by building from scratch.
  • A proactive individual who builds relationships and drives new business.
  • Either a sales background or previous experience working for a consultancy.
