Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor and “solutions expert,” helping enterprise customers solve business challenges and achieve strategic objectives
  • Drive growth across existing accounts through whitespace analysis, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities
  • Build executive-level relationships and confidently engage with C-suite and senior stakeholders in commercial, data-driven discussions
  • Develop and execute detailed account plans that drive retention, revenue expansion, and new product adoption
  • Partner closely with internal teams including Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Support to deliver integrated solutions for clients
  • Conduct client presentations, meetings, and demonstrations; represent MRI at industry events and conferences
  • Manage the full sales process, including pipeline creation, negotiation, and deal closure, while maintaining accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance sales culture by sharing insights and best practices with peers
