Requirements

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience and 1-2 years of sales closing experience within a SaaS environment. Experience selling mid-market SaaS with an ACV of $20-50,000 is required, along with knowledge of company offerings and industry trends. Strong verbal and written communication skills, time management, and prospecting skills are essential. Familiarity with HubSpot and Salesloft or similar platforms is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will work daily in HubSpot CRM and Salesloft, providing support for clients by understanding and satisfying their needs. They will prospect and book demos with new prospects, follow up throughout the sales cycle, and present the value of Hatch's platform to potential buyers. The role includes compiling and analyzing data to identify trends, developing sales strategies, and maintaining relationships with both external contacts and internal departments. The Account Executive will handle prospect concerns and negotiations while achieving individual goals and contributing to a team-oriented environment.
