Job Description

Are you a motivated, self-driven sales professional seeking freedom, flexibility, and unlimited income potential? We are looking for individuals to join our growing Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, ideal for those who want to control their time and earnings.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct door-to-door or in-person visits to local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on cost savings and transaction streamlining.
• Close deals, earning activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.
