A hunter mentality with the ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking is essential. The ideal candidate is a natural communicator and closer, comfortable with face-to-face selling, resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with preferred experience in door-to-door sales or merchant services. They must also align with the company's four core values and have eligible working rights for remote work, being able to be in the field of their team region.
Account Executives will go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions and educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions. They will be responsible for closing deals, earning activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals while working independently with full support and training. The role involves a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income and portfolio ownership.
