Responsibilities

The Processing Specialist I will review, assess, and perform data entry for photo enforcement program events using web-based tools. They will align processing determinations and escalated actions with client-specific written instructions and adapt processing behaviors based on feedback or changes in rules documentation. The role involves achieving assigned production and quality goals, utilizing basic computer skills to access and interpret performance reporting, and performing other assigned office and clerical duties.
