Responsibilities

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized business owners.
  • Working closely with Xplor Pay colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to onboard new business.
  • Managing your pipeline and day-to-day tasks/appointments using Salesforce.
  • Preparing presentations and proposals using Xplor Pay’s electronic applications.
  • Closing sales of our payment processing and SaaS services to meet expected minimum requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred).
  • Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.
  • Alignment with our four core values and being a good human.

  • You can work fully remote in this position, provided you have eligible working rights, and are able to be in the field of your team region.
