Requirements

  • 1-5 years in SaaS sales experience in a quota-carrying role preferred, or equivalent experience (AdTech/MarTech preferred)
  • Consistent track record of overperforming against monthly quota expectations
  • Consultative sales experience for products/solutions sold into marketing/sales leadership stakeholders
  • Ability to quickly assess business pain points, develop a strategy, and sell to that strategy on the same call
  • Excellent sales organization skills, attention to detail, and customer focus
  • Strength in your ability to communicate value both on the phone and in email

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally to manage a pipeline of opportunities, navigate a high-velocity sales motion - discovery, demo, proposal, and closing processes, and consistently overachieve individual sales quotas
  • Generate a healthy pipeline from your target accounts which will require outreach through personalized emails, phone calls, social media, and video
  • Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement through the use of sales tools
  • Become a subject matter expert on the CTV industry, MNTN’s platform and competitive landscape
  • Partner with our Customer Success team to onboard new advertisers
  • Give open and honest feedback as to how we can improve as a team
