  • 2+ years operating in BD or Sales equivalent role within the crypto/Web3 industry
  • 2+ years of having a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying role, particularly in an enterprise B2B SaaS environment
  • Eager to be part of an early-stage startup and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Adept at managing complex sales cycles and have experience managing complex enterprise opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Own the Sales Process: Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. Ensure that our pipeline is robust and that we capitalize on every opportunity
  • Drive Prospect Engagement: Proactively identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities. Lead sales calls, conduct high impact demos, and nurture relationships with prospects through a well-defined process that you will help develop
  • Become a Product Expert: Deeply understand Conduit's platform and the competitive landscape. Guide prospects through the decision-making process, helping them understand their needs and how Conduit can meet them
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the broader team to support deal progression and inform our roadmap, marketing, post-sales customer success
