Requirements

  • Serve as subject matter expert for Rogers service lines, leveraging knowledge from operational and clinical leadership
  • Ability to manage territory using traditional sales model, including developing new and maintaining existing referral relationships
  • Strategic planning and implementation, meeting/exceeding quotas, relationship development, self-assessment, and adaptability
  • Self-motivated with entrepreneurial spirit, persistent, action-oriented, patient-focused sales approach
  • Business acumen to manage dynamic territory, routing, goal attainment, time allocation
  • Dedication to empathetic, solution-focused consultative sales
  • Conduct daily face-to-face and virtual customer meetings, including cold calling
  • Participate in daily activities: Lunch & Learns, breakfasts, dinner programs, networking events
  • Monitor expenditures and utilize budget effectively
  • Assist in planning/executing continuing education events, promote CE webinars/in-person events
  • Conduct on-site campus and program tours
  • Effectively use phone, email, social media for frequent referent contact
  • Meet activity, census, and individual objectives
  • Maintain knowledge of behavioral health programming, diagnoses, trends
  • Communicate efficacy, patient types, outcomes of Rogers programming
  • Demonstrate local, regional, national market knowledge
  • Participate in training/educational opportunities
  • Enter/maintain CRM records of interactions timely
  • Complete monthly operational reporting
  • Analyze reporting for efficient decisions

  • Develop/enhance alliance workflow and standards
  • Plan/implement proactive growth tactics daily
  • Promote Rogers services to key stakeholders (psychologists, therapists, social workers, psychiatrists, school counselors, etc.)
  • Foster/maintain alliances with internal/external stakeholders
