Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience, a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A hunter mentality for self-sourcing leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking is essential. Prior experience in door-to-door sales, merchant services, or similar fields is preferred. The role requires alignment with Xplor's four core values and the ability to work remotely while being able to travel to the field within your team region.
Account Executives will engage in door-to-door sales and visit local businesses to present payment processing solutions. They will educate business owners on cost savings and transaction streamlining, close deals, and earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals. The role involves working independently with provided support and training, including sales mentorship and the opportunity to participate in an incentive trip and annual sales conference.
