Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of business-to-business outside sales experience, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team, self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking, and possess a hunter mentality. Familiarity with payment processing solutions and experience in door-to-door or merchant services sales are preferred. The role requires resilience, self-motivation, goal orientation, and strong communication and closing skills. Eligible remote work requires valid working rights and the ability to be in the field of the team region.
Account Executives will go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions and educate business owners on cost savings and transaction streamlining. They will be responsible for closing deals, earning activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals. The role involves working independently with full support and training, and actively sourcing leads through various prospecting methods.
