Responsibilities

  • Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
  • Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
  • Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions
  • Work independently with full support and training
  • Provide sales training and mentorship to new team members
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build relationships with business owners and establish trust
  • Meet and exceed monthly commission targets
  • Participate in the Presidents Club Incentive Trip and Annual Sales Conference
  • Work with the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer experience
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and growth
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve sales performance
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work with the sales team to identify and prioritize new business opportunities
  • Provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance
  • Stay organized and manage time effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to achieve sales goals
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with customers and internal teams
