Requirements

  • Master’s in Bioprocess Engineering or any stream of Biology
  • 3-5 Years of experience in Biomanufacturing domain
  • Strong perseverance and communication skills
  • Preferred: Previous experience in Manufacturing scale up studies, Bioprocess modeling

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer relationship: Serve as the primary contact for strategic accounts; provide timely, high-quality support across Discovery and Bioprocess solutions. Partner with product SMEs and Account Managers to develop solutions, demos, pilots, and technical responses tailored to customer needs
  • Investigate complaints and Drive Pipeline: Capture details, perform initial triage/root cause hypotheses, document findings, and route to Quality/Service for CAPA as required. Identify and qualify leads during site visits, usage reviews, and technical discussions; support conversion with sales
  • Deliver presales & post-sales support: Run evaluations, protocol support, onboarding, and application guidance for bioprocess product ranges (e.g., upstream/downstream, single-use, filtration, chromatography, cell culture)
  • Manage consumables continuity: Coordinate with customer warehouse teams to monitor inventory, prevent stock-outs, and align replenishment schedules
  • Ensure responsive execution: Track requests, SLAs, and escalations in CRM; communicate proactively with internal teams and customers
