Experience selling into marketing departments up to CMO level and an understanding of social media's business impact are considered advantageous.
The Account Director will manage a broad territory, handling the entire renewal and sales process from start to finish. This includes defending and selling a high-ROI solution, demonstrating product value propositions, driving conversational discovery to uncover customer needs, and collaborating with client IT, marketing, and merchandising personnel. Responsibilities also involve navigating legal contract aspects, building and managing an effective pipeline, and proactively communicating with leadership throughout the renewal and sales process.
