Candidates must possess at least 3 years of digital, mobile, programmatic, or audience data advertising sales experience, with established relationships with media agencies or direct brands, particularly independent media agencies. Experience in an accountable sales environment, specifically selling programmatic data or PMP deals, is essential. A strong understanding of the ad/data tech sales landscape, including DSPs, DMPs, and SSPs like The Trade Desk and DV360, is required. The role also necessitates experience selling managed services to middle-market and independent agencies, a keen interest in pioneering a transforming media category, and the ability to establish communication and engagement with prospects through various channels. Candidates must be Northeast-based or willing to relocate.
The Account Director will be responsible for generating revenue from new business with top-tier agencies and brands by selling specialized data for digital media campaigns. This includes prospecting for new business, presenting Audigent's solutions, and closing new deals. They will also close leads from brands and agencies buying Audigent data through public platforms, upselling them to custom data purchases, and securing important accounts to grow market share. Collaboration with Audience Strategy, Curation, Strategic Accounts, and Marketing teams to provide custom media solutions and exceptional client service is expected. The role also involves developing proficiency across the digital advertising landscape and staying informed about evolving industry developments and challenges.
