The Account Development Representative will uncover business needs for strategic and enterprise accounts to build a sales pipeline. This role involves collaborating with marketing and sales enablement to create campaigns and prospect leads for sales handoff. Responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads by understanding business challenges and product value, conducting research on target accounts, and developing strong customer relationships. The ADR will also proactively learn about Postman's products and market knowledge, update CRM daily, and utilize sales enablement tools.
