Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of all high-value and in-scope contracted services across service delivery towers, ensuring performance goals and cost commitments are met
  • Develop and nurture senior management relationships with the customer
  • Own the customer operational relationship to achieve excellent customer satisfaction
  • Analyze delivery requirements and contribute to the customer's strategic business plan
  • Develop strategies and processes with the customer in areas such as performance metrics and measures, escalation, change management, and communication
  • Serve as the principal contact for operational and tactical issues, representing delivery of all services; manage customer expectations through performance metrics, reporting, escalation management, and communication plans
  • Own expense/cost target commitments for all service delivery requirements; develop, implement, and monitor expense controls
  • Hire, lead, and provide managerial and technical expertise to cross-functional teams, including 3rd party vendors, to meet performance goals; identify and analyze gaps to develop and implement corrective action plans
  • Develop and lead the AST and all delivery organizations to achieve timely, cost-effective delivery of SLA requirements; identify and recommend optimizations
  • Support the Client Manager in establishing the customer as a Reference Account and supporting growth opportunities
