Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience in sales management within the ion exchange resin or related industry
  • Familiarity with F&B, Chemical, Power, or Wastewater sectors is preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and result-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the core industry sales team to achieve both topline and margin goals
  • Develop and execute sales strategies by analyzing market trends and monitoring competitor activities
  • Set clear sales objectives, KPIs and performance metrics for the team
  • Streamline sales process to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Oversee sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and identify new business opportunities
  • Deliver value to customers by providing differentiated solutions to solve customers’ technical and operational challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, R&D, Technical Services, Supply Chain, etc.) to deliver best solutions to customer challenges
  • Review and refresh channel strategies to optimize route-to-market to best serve customers in different regions
