Responsibilities

  • Manage territory by overseeing Sales Representatives and Product Specialists to develop customer databases with detailed records of critical pharmacy stores, pharmaceutical companies, and private clinics
  • Evaluate, classify, and identify precise target customers; prioritize potential territories
  • Establish and maintain close relationships with key accounts through ensuring company services meet their requirements
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory
  • Introduce products, including brand name, ingredients, benefits, usage, and price
  • Introduce promotion programs (if applicable) to encourage product sales per company guidelines
  • Collect and report market intelligence to Supervisor and Marketing team
  • Support Marketing department in developing master plans and detailed yearly marketing activities; execute assigned detail marketing programs/activities to deliver brand strategy and objectives
  • Contribute to product long-term growth by increasing awareness and building confidence among HCPs, pharmacy stores, pharmaceutical companies, and private clinics on product recommendations
  • Assure consistent demand growth and achievement of business goals & targets in assigned territories by identifying opportunities, gaining new business, and maintaining/growing existing business
