The Marketing Operations Specialist will drive the improvement and efficiency of marketing operations processes, manage and optimize marketing automation tools and customer database segmentation, create marketing activity reports and analyze KPIs, propose improvements based on industry trends, contribute to the development of marketing strategies and business plans, and develop and implement operational strategies to support marketing initiatives.
