  • Data Analysis Tools: Experience using data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Dataiku).
  • Tool/Technology Selection: Experience in selecting and implementing marketing-related tools and technologies.

Desired Skills

  • SQL: Experience with SQL for database extraction and processing (e.g., BigQuery).
  • Statistical Analysis: Experience with programming languages for statistical analysis and data analysis (e.g., Python, R).
  • Data Governance & Digital Marketing: Knowledge and experience in data governance and digital marketing principles.
  • ETL Processes: Knowledge and experience in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for large datasets.
  • CDP: Experience with CDP (Customer Data Platform) operations and implementation.

Team: The role will be within the Marketing Strategy Department, a team of 6 people focused on analyzing data, conducting user research, and competitive analysis to develop ongoing business growth strategies.

Work Environment: Work From Anywhere at Anytime (WFA) – Primarily remote work from home or a satellite office.

Working Hours: Super Flexible System (No Core Hours) – Generally 9:00 AM to 5:45 PM (7 hours 45 minutes plus break time).

Holidays: Saturdays and Sundays, New Year’s holidays, and company-designated holidays.

Vacation:

  • Annual paid leave (14 days initially, pro-rated based on the month of hire)
  • Personal Leave (5 days per year, 3 or 5 days depending on the month of hire)
  • PayPay’s special paid leave system for personal/family/pet needs.

Compensation: Annual salary (including a fixed overtime allowance), reviewed annually, with a special bonus (incentive) paid based on company performance and individual contributions.
