Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience in marketing operations or a related field, along with experience in managing projects requiring coordination across multiple departments. Proficiency in using marketing automation tools such as Repro, KARTE, and Pardot is required, as is experience with data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, and Dataiku. Furthermore, experience in selecting and implementing marketing-related tools and technologies, as well as familiarity with SQL for database extraction and processing, is necessary.

Responsibilities

The Marketing Operations Specialist will drive the improvement and efficiency of marketing operations processes, manage and optimize marketing automation tools and customer database segmentation, create marketing activity reports and analyze KPIs, propose improvements based on industry trends, contribute to the development of marketing strategies and business plans, and develop and implement operational strategies to support marketing initiatives.
