Team: The role will be within the Marketing Strategy Department, a team of 6 people focused on analyzing data, conducting user research, and competitive analysis to develop ongoing business growth strategies.
Work Environment: Work From Anywhere at Anytime (WFA) – Primarily remote work from home or a satellite office.
Working Hours: Super Flexible System (No Core Hours) – Generally 9:00 AM to 5:45 PM (7 hours 45 minutes plus break time).
Holidays: Saturdays and Sundays, New Year’s holidays, and company-designated holidays.

Compensation: Annual salary (including a fixed overtime allowance), reviewed annually, with a special bonus (incentive) paid based on company performance and individual contributions.
