Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in business development or agency sales
- Experience in solution selling, understanding and solving client issues
- 1+ year of experience using Excel (pivot tables, functions), PowerPoint
- Experience in project planning and execution
- Experience using generative AI tools for business improvement and efficiency (e.g., market/client research, issue analysis, data analysis, report creation)
- Business-level English experience (preferred for some roles)
- Experience in payment-related services (especially EC domain) (preferred)
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to think based on data
- Willingness to learn new technologies and explore new markets
- Proactive attitude to understand and know beyond one's job scope
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute strategies to expand PayPay's merchant base (EC stores) and maximize transaction volume
- Analyze merchant performance and provide solutions based on EC knowledge
- Handle daily operational inquiries related to contracts, systems, and application status
- Lead projects to launch new initiatives
- Develop and execute strategies to increase PayPay usage among existing merchants (bill payment related)
- Drive adoption of PayPay bill payment among new clients (companies, organizations)
- Improve user convenience and increase service awareness through data-driven initiatives
- Develop and execute strategies to improve the profitability of PayPay bill payment
- Gain proficiency in all aspects of the business (strategy, sales, marketing, systems) due to a small team environment
- Continuously generate new ideas and maintain logical thinking
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Notebook LM) for strategic planning and efficiency improvements
- Understand and contribute to PayPay's 5 senses
