Responsibilities

生産計画と実行：ハードウェアのタイムリーな供給とテストを確保するための生産スケジュールの策定と管理。高い品質と納期を維持。
プロセス開発とトレーニング：標準作業手順書（SOP）の作成と継続的な改善。オペレーターへのトレーニングとサポートを通じて、安全かつ一貫した製造作業の実施を支援。
在庫および資材管理：原材料の調達と在庫管理を通じて、生産の中断を防止。
製造上の問題解決：製造プロセスにおける問題の特定と解決、逸脱の分類、再作業の判断を行い、生産停止時間を最小化。
社内向け技術サポート（出荷済み製品）：Mujin US、Mujin Europeなどの社内顧客に展開された製品に関する技術的な問題のトラブルシューティングを実施。製品の不具合や故障に関する問い合わせ対応の技術窓口として活躍。
サプライヤーとの連携、生産活動の管理、品質システムの導入、在庫およびプロセス文書の管理を通じて、迅速な生産サイクルと高品質な製品提供を実現。
Mujin Japan、Mujin US、Mujin Europe グローバルチームとの技術的な窓口として、社内チームに展開された製品に関する技術サポートを提供。
製品出荷後に報告された問題のトラブルシューティングを行い、部門横断的な対応を調整しながら、製造およびフィールドサポートプロセスの継続的な改善を推進。
