Responsibilities

製造上の問題解決：製造プロセスにおける問題の特定と解決、逸脱の分類、再作業の判断を行い、生産停止時間を最小化。
社内向け技術サポート（出荷済み製品）：Mujin US、Mujin Europeなどの社内顧客に展開された製品に関する技術的な問題のトラブルシューティングを実施。製品の不具合や故障に関する問い合わせ対応の技術窓口として活躍。
サプライヤーとの連携、生産活動の管理、品質システムの導入、在庫およびプロセス文書の管理を通じて、迅速な生産サイクルと高品質な製品提供を実現。
Mujin Japan、Mujin US、Mujin Europe グローバルチームとの技術的な窓口として、社内チームに展開された製品に関する技術サポートを提供。
