The role requires working on-site in a clean room or controlled environment at the Witney facility, commutable from Oxford, Swindon, Cheltenham, or Banbury.
Candidates need experience in engineering within a manufacturing environment, including set-up of precision assemblies, use of machine tools, fault finding, and problem solving, plus a recognized Engineering apprenticeship or higher education qualification like ONC, HNC, HND, or degree in a related subject.
The current vacancies support a 4 on 4 off Days and Nights rotating pattern, or 4 on 4 off Nights.
Strong candidates have manufacturing engineering experience with precision assemblies and machine tools, a relevant engineering qualification or apprenticeship, plus skills in communication, record keeping, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
