  • Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master’s degree with an expected graduation date of December 2026 – June 2027
  • Must be able to begin full time employment at a PIMCO office between January 2027 – August 2027
  • On track to achieve a minimum 2:1 degree (or the equivalent) at an accredited college or university
  • Fluent in German and business proficient in English
  • Strong interest in the financial markets, macroeconomics, and investment finance
  • Motivated to provide best-in-class client service and build strong client relationships
  • Strong analytical skill set
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to articulate ideas/strategies clearly, both verbally and in writing, in a complex financial and mathematical environment
  • Strong passion for innovation to contribute to the continuous improvement of work processes and outcomes
  • Results orientated, with attention to detail and strong time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and discuss economic and market trends
  • Evaluate portfolio structures
  • Deliver attribution analyses to Account Managers and their clients
  • Collaborate with PIMCO's investment professionals, including Account Managers, Product Managers, and Portfolio Managers, to ensure the highest level of service to clients
  • Leverage artificial intelligence to provide the highest level of service and continuously improve outcomes for PIMCO's clients
  • Participate in PIMCO Fundamentals Training during Week 1
  • From Week 2 onwards, work in an Account Management team and experience day-to-day client work
  • Showcase skills and knowledge by presenting an investment strategy to colleagues and delivering a project
  • Participate in activities alongside colleagues
