Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate program, graduating between May 2027 and May 2028 (degree/major preferred but not limited to Sales, Marketing, and Economics)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Located on the East Coast in a Metropolitan city for the summer or in the Dallas-Ft. Worth, Houston area in Texas
  • Able to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday-Friday 8am-5pm for 12 weeks (June 1st, 2026 - Aug. 21st, 2026)
  • Willingness to be geographically mobile throughout rotations
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 preferred
  • Eligible to work in the US at the time of, and for the duration of, employment (must furnish evidence of US work authorization; no future sponsorship for employment visa status required)

Responsibilities

  • Provide scientific knowledge, business acumen, and customer engagement expertise to dental healthcare professionals
  • Work in a demanding, fast-paced, changing environment
  • Successfully perform all required duties in assigned territory, promoting aligned Haleon OTC Oral Care products
  • Partner with mentor to achieve company targets within an assigned territory
  • Understand and embrace navigating in an Omni Channel environment centered on Dental Healthcare Professionals
  • Use industry-leading CRM software (Salesforce, PowerBI, and Veeva) to manage customer data, leading to better engagement
  • Demonstrate effective selling skills through preparation of sales calls, account development, personal rapport, fact-based selling, use of digital promotional materials, and securing customer commitment to Haleon OTC products
  • Engage in both in-person and remote customer interactions
