Requirements

  • Master's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Automation, or equivalent (Position 1)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Automation, or related fields, graduating in 2026 (Position 2)
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or Artificial Intelligence (Position 5)
  • Degree in Welding Technology and Engineering, Materials Forming and Control Engineering (Position 6)
  • Proficiency in simulation software such as Plant Simulation, Creo, or Siemens simulation software (Position 1)
  • Familiarity with Python, SQL, data processing/analysis projects, Power BI, statistical analysis, or machine learning basics (Position 2)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D design software, factory simulation, PLC programming, vision systems, and software programming (Position 5)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, teamwork, autonomous learning, rigorous work attitude (all positions)
  • Quick learning ability, logical thinking, enthusiasm for data-driven decisions, cross-department collaboration (Position 2)
  • Project management experience, lean manufacturing knowledge, good English reading/listening/speaking skills (Position 5, preferred)
  • Intelligent manufacturing background, machine learning experience preferred (Position 1)

Responsibilities

  • Solve engineering problems in products and processes using simulation technology and analysis; ensure virtual simulation verification for NPI and manufacturing processes meets design requirements (Position 1)
  • Define problems, create simulation models, run simulations and design iterations, interpret results, provide conclusions and recommendations (Position 1)
  • Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and testing teams to deliver new products and improve processes; participate in design reviews (Position 1)
  • Develop data acquisition and analysis processes for manufacturing systems; design algorithms for predictive analysis and performance optimization (Position 2)
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on data modeling; use Plant Simulation, digital twins, Power BI for analysis and visualization (Position 2)
  • Analyze production workshop intelligent needs; plan, design, and implement intelligent digital solutions; identify automation improvements (Position 5)
  • Manage projects including equipment planning, simulation, optimization, automation upgrades; monitor progress and report to management (Position 5)
  • Handle supplier communication, production line anomaly resolution, new product automation maintenance (Position 5)
  • Provide welding process technical support, review drawings, design process plans, tooling, and fixtures; compile process documents and maintain BOM (Position 6)
  • Audit on-site process execution, conduct training and certification; solve production issues, research new welding materials/processes/equipment (Position 6)
  • Optimize welding manufacturing processes and layouts for safety, quality, cost, and speed (Position 6)
