Requirements

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience, with 1+ years of experience in sales enablement or a related role. Strong analytical skills using Excel (advanced), SQL, or Google Sheets are required, as well as experience with data analysis and reporting. Experience in project management, particularly leading cross-functional projects, is necessary. Experience with DX initiatives, automation (GAS/VBA/Python), and CRM systems is beneficial. Experience with sales enablement projects and/or generating AI related product engineering experience is desired. A strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies is required.

Responsibilities

The Entreprizes Sales Support Specialist will provide post-sales support to enterprise-level sales organizations, including developing sales strategies, creating sales materials, managing sales progress, and conducting training. They will also contribute to operational improvements, such as streamlining sales processes, automating tasks, and defining system requirements. Additionally, they will support the development and implementation of new AI-powered solutions for sales, collaborating with development teams and providing sales enablement training. They will analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to improve sales performance, and will participate in project planning and execution across multiple teams. They will also provide support to sales agents, addressing questions and providing guidance.
