Candidates should possess at least two years of experience in the planning and launch of business or service projects (including system development), and experience in project management involving communication with internal and external stakeholders. They must also have skills in KPI management for web services, presentation creation using PowerPoint/Google Slides, simulation and graph creation in Excel/Google Sheets, requirement specification writing, and communication with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. A business-level English proficiency and experience in developing budget plans (sales and costs) are desirable.
The individual will be responsible for planning and implementing new services and features to address merchant issues, as well as developing and executing promotional strategies in collaboration with the marketing department. They will also be involved in strategic planning, defining business requirements for product development, creating project management plans, and managing projects from conception to completion. Furthermore, they will contribute to the development of business processes, address legal requirements, and manage risks in collaboration with various departments, and will be involved in the implementation and development of new services on the merchant-focused platform (PayPay for Business).
