Candidates should possess 2+ years of research experience in a marketing research company, along with experience in creating and delivering analytical reports, particularly within the telecommunications or financial services sectors. Business-level Japanese language proficiency is required, accompanied by business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 700 points or higher preferred). Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, SQL for data extraction and processing (e.g., BigQuery), and statistical analysis using programming languages like Python or R is desired.
The Marketing Research Analyst will gather and clarify requirements from requesting departments, develop research plans and proposals, create and design questionnaires for surveys, manage and control field operations during surveys, compile and analyze collected data, prepare and deliver reports on research findings, and present research results to stakeholders. Specific research themes include fixed-point surveys of basic indicators, NPS surveys, PayPal user analysis, campaign effectiveness measurement surveys, and new service/feature acceptance surveys.
